Website BAT Institut + Atados
Role: Art Director, UI
Copywriting: Sandra Magalhães and Lucas Filinto
Known for its social impact initiatives throughout the country, Instituto BAT partnered with the volunteer platform Atados to support communities in Rio Grande do Sul during the major floods that struck the state. From this collaboration emerged a dedicated fundraising website, designed to streamline and accelerate aid for those directly affected.
The project reflects a joint commitment to fostering care and mobilizing resources transparently, accessibly, and efficiently at a time of critical humanitarian need.

PROBLEM
Diffuse and unengaging identity
The former website presented communication that was misaligned with the institution’s identity, weakening credibility and making it unclear who was responsible for fundraising activities or whether there was any affiliation with public authorities. It also relied exclusively on fixed donation values, restricting user choice and limiting the potential for higher contributions.
Furthermore, the site did not effectively communicate the magnitude or urgency of the problem it aimed to tackle, ultimately failing to engage visitors and drive them to action.
SOLUTION
Improving access to support and conscious donations
The redesigned flow clearly communicates who is behind the initiative, how each contribution is maximized, and how support reaches its intended destination, helping to build trust and reduce credibility concerns.
Calls to action and buttons have been given greater visibility, encouraging more flexible donation choices.
